Gamlestovo
Along with the rest of the houses on the farm, the Gamlestovo was
moved from the centre of Øystese to Vetlemyrane. It is a log house
structure from the 1800’s, 1 ½ stories high, parts of it has history
even further back in time. When restoring the
house we wished to bring
back the
original style. On the ground floor you’ll find a sitting-room,
a small kitchen, a bedroom wih a double bed and a bathroom with floor
heating and shower. The upstairs has a large bedroom with 4 beds. This
little gem of a house has been built with emphasis on quality details
and highly skilled craftsmanship.
Equipment:
Living-room: TV, DVD/CD player,radio. Dining table seating 10 people.
Sofa and coffee-table, wood stove in
addition to electric heating.
Kitchen: Electric cooker with oven, coffee machine, dishwasher. Fully
equipped with kitchen utensils, pots
and pans etc.
Garden chairs, table and grill.
The beds are equipped with duvets and pillows.
Linen may be rented for 50,-NOK per set.
Towels for 20,- each.
Broadband Internet available on request at 100,- per week.
